Welcome to Infuze; Finnfest! These terms and conditions govern your use of this website, ticket purchases, and attendance at Infuze; Finnfest (“the Event”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing tickets for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

This website and the Event are owned and operated by Infuze; Finnfest, a music festival organized by Nordic Gulf Partners Oy (3463623-4), located at Liinakkokuja 3D 30, 01200 Vantaa.

2. Event Ticket Purchase

  • Ticket Prices & Availability: All ticket prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice. Tickets are available for purchase through the website and third-party ticketing platforms.
  • Purchase Confirmation: Once you complete a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details. This email serves as your proof of purchase and entry into the Event.
  • Ticket Refunds & Cancellations: Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement. In the event that Infuze; Finnfest is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed with refunds or exchanges.
  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: If you lose your ticket, contact us immediately. Tickets will not be reissued, and lost or stolen tickets are not the responsibility of the event organizers.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Admission: All ticket holders must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the Event. Failure to provide a valid ticket may result in refusal of entry.
  • Age Restrictions: Some areas of the Event may have age restrictions. Please refer to the ticket description for details. If you are under the legal drinking age or other age-restricted activities, please comply with event regulations.

4. Event Conduct

  • Prohibited Items: Attendees may not bring alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, large bags, or any other prohibited items into the Event. Any person found with prohibited items may be removed from the Event without a refund.
  • Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner. Harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Infuze; Finnfest reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violating these rules.
  • Health & Safety: Infuze; Finnfest is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all attendees. In the event of any safety emergencies, please follow the instructions of staff and security personnel.

5. Photography and Media

  • Media Coverage: By attending Infuze; Finnfest, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. These materials may be used on our website, social media, and in other promotional activities.
  • Professional Photography: Only accredited media personnel are allowed to take professional photographs and videos at the Event. All other attendees may only take non-professional photos for personal use.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Data: By purchasing tickets or using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • Event Changes: Infuze; Finnfest reserves the right to change the Event's lineup, schedule, and venue details. We will notify ticket holders of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  • Event Cancellations: If the Event is canceled, attendees will be contacted with instructions for refunds. Infuze; Finnfest is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other associated costs incurred by attendees in the event of a cancellation.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Infuze; Finnfest, its employees, agents, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or persons attending the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Force Majeure: Infuze; Finnfest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
